    To detox, please follow these easy steps:

    1. Jumpstart Packet (optional)
    2. On the day before you begin your 7-day cleanse, take all 4 capsules with 24 oz. of water.
    3. For your comfort, wait 15 minutes and drink an additional 12–24 oz. more water.
    4. We recommend eating lighter, more frequent meals prior to and while taking this detox cleanse.
    5. As part of the toxin elimination process, be sure to urinate frequently.
    6. Avoid unwanted toxins.

    Daily AM Regimen:

    1. The daily regimen is to be completed over a 7-day detox period.
    2. Take 4 capsules of Morning Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 oz. of water
    3. Half an hour later, eat a balanced breakfast.
    4. Exercise a minimum of 15 minutes.
    5. Eat a small, nutritious snack. Drink a minimum of 16 oz. of water.
    6. Eat a well-balanced lunch. Drink a minimum of 16 oz. of water.
